By Grace are Ye Saved, It is the Gift of God

After The Holy Ghost Has Come Upon You, You Shall Receive Power Acts 1:8

• Salvation is free and available to all
• The power of God is free and available to all
• The power of God is available to us, just like salvation (FREE & AVAILABLE)
• We should DESIRE the power of God
• God doesn’t force His power upon us, it’s according to our personality
• We all have different personalities
• Our personality will determine how much we will yield to the Lord Rom 6:13
• Our personality will determine how much power we receive from God Matt 13:8
• Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call upon him while he is near Isa 55:6

It Was By The Grace Of God That Jesus Saved Us

• We could have refused to come to Jesus & not come to church Rom 5:6-11
• Why? Because, the evil spirits are always working
• The evil spirits could have killed or prevented us from coming to church
• The evil spirits did not want us to get saved or have another chance
• God chose us before the foundation of the world because,
• God knew that we would not reject Him
• After we heard God’s word, we trusted & believed on God Eph 1:13
• After we believed on God, we were sealed by the Holy Ghost, Act 2:4
• with the evidence of speaking in tongues
• As preachers, we are fishers of men reaching those whom God has chosen

In Our Past Life, We Were Dead In Trespasses and Sins

• Being dead in trespasses & sins Eph 2:1
  • A falling aside when we should be upright Ref B
  • Any deviation from the rule of duty or moral equity Ref B
  • Flagrant offense or trespass Ref B
  • Failing to hit the mark- a sin of thought, word or deed Ref C
• And you hath God quickened Eph 2:1
• The word “quickened”- To make alive, revive or born again
• The moment you receive the Holy Ghost, you receive spiritual life
• When one receives spiritual life, they enter into the spiritual realm
• The spiritual realm is the invisible realm- It’s real but, you just can’t see it with the natural eye, it’s spiritual, & in the spiritual realm
• One can walk in the awareness of their citizenship in heaven Eph 2:19

We Were Once In Bondage By The Spirit That Now Worketh In The Children Of Disobedience

• Who are the children of disobedience? Those that are not born again Eph 2:2-3
• What do the children of disobedience do? They fulfill the desires of their flesh
• The children of disobedience fulfilled the desires of their body & mind Eph 2:3
• The prince of the power of the air- The devil
  • Called that because he is the highest power working evil Eph 2:2
  • The prince of the power of the air works in the kingdom of darkness
  • That spirit is in the spiritual realm but, not in the third heaven II Cor 12:2
  • God gave Michael the archangel power over the devil Jude 1:9
• Most of us are glad that we came out of the world
• If we stayed in the world, we may not be alive today
• It was God’s rich mercy wherewith he loved us Eph 2:4
